Booking Details & Commercial Projects
BEFORE YOU BOOK
• A 50% deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance, travel, and approved add-ons are due before final media delivery.
• Travel is $0.40 per round-trip mile from Clayton, Michigan. The exact travel charge is confirmed after the property address is received.
• Photography and aerial media are delivered in 2–3 business days. Video services are delivered in 3–5 business days.
• Final media is sent through a private Dropbox link by email and, when requested, by text.
• Requests made less than 24 hours before the preferred appointment time are accepted only when available and include a $50 priority fee.
• Aerial services are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, property location, and FAA operating requirements.
