Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment: A 50% deposit is required to reserve paid services. The remaining balance, applicable travel charge, and any approved add-ons are due before completed media is delivered. A separate PayPal invoice may be sent for the final amount. The free Commercial Project Consultation does not require a deposit.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations received more than 12 hours before the appointment qualify for a full deposit refund. Cancellations received within 12 hours may include a $50 cancellation fee. Rescheduling within 12 hours of the original appointment may include a fee equal to 10% of the booked service price. Please contact VCM as soon as possible when plans change.
Priority Booking: Appointments requested with less than 24 hours’ notice are accepted only when availability allows and include a $50 priority-booking fee.
Travel: Travel is calculated at $0.40 per round-trip mile from Clayton, Michigan. The exact travel charge will be confirmed after the property address is received.
Delivery: Photography and aerial images are normally delivered within 2–3 business days after the shoot. Edited property video is normally delivered within 3–5 business days. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time, which will be discussed in advance. Completed media is normally delivered through a private Dropbox link sent by email. We may also send the link by text only when the client has separately opted in to service-related SMS. Alternative digital-delivery arrangements may be available upon request.
Aerial Services: Aerial services are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, property location, and FAA operating requirements. If aerial coverage cannot be completed as scheduled, VCM will contact the client to discuss the best available option.
Property Access and Preparation: The client is responsible for making sure the property is ready and accessible at the scheduled time. If the client or agent will not be present, access instructions and any pet or entry concerns should be provided in advance. Delays or return visits caused by unavailable access may require an additional fee.
Media Use and Licensing: Residential packages include permission to use delivered media to market the photographed property through MLS, real estate websites, social media, email, and other listing-related advertising. Copyright remains with Visionary Chameleon Media. Builders, publications, businesses, vendors, and other third parties must request separate permission before using or reselling the media. VCM may feature selected work in its portfolio or business marketing unless confidentiality is requested before the shoot.
Weather: VCM may adjust, divide, or reschedule a shoot when weather could affect safety or media quality. The client will be contacted to coordinate the best next step.
Review and Acceptance: Please report reasonable correction requests within 7 days of delivery. Requests outside the original agreed scope may require an additional fee.
Commercial Projects: Commercial services begin with a consultation and custom quote. Once a quote is approved, the agreed deposit reserves the project date and the remaining balance is due before final delivery.
SMS Messaging (Optional): When you provide a mobile number and separately check the SMS consent box on our contact or booking form, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Visionary Chameleon Media. These may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, project details, media-delivery updates, and follow-ups. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
